You can book a single workshop or book you Pole Weekender Ticket for just £80. 

All Pole Workshops are £45 and must be booked in advance.  Max 12 in a Class.

Jazzy K - Power Heels - SOLD OUT

Trick it like it’s hot! In this Workshop you will learn low flow tricks and strength requiring moves in heels that you can incorporate into your choreographies. Next to being a bad ass moving through these tricks and transitions you will also always learn how to enter and exit them with flow.

Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Required: Platform Heels, Knee Pads and Shorts

Learn a badass Jakub style heels routine a.k.a. boss ass kip bitch meets heel clacks meets fluidity meets dance like you're broke and your rent is due tomorrow. Workshop suitable for all levels (difficult tricks will have their easier alternatives, so anyone can complete the routine).

Toxic Cherry’s bespoke Hot Gal Summer Edition created just for us. Brand new tricks, spins and combos are sure to make this a turbo-charged, scorcher of a session. A true entertainer and advocate of the Classique style, Cherry will teach you some of her show-stopping tricks that have helped her win multiple championships. Super sassy but forever classy, this workshop really will show you how to wow any crowd and have them begging you for more! Of course it’s all brought to you in good, wholesome authentic fashion. ***Suitable/adaptable for all levels but you must be able to safely invert unassisted and at least outside leg hang (Gemini). Heels are useful but not essential***

Work on interesting entries and exits on the pole and dynamic tricks to complete the perfect pole comb0: including tumbles, flips and static rotation. Suitable for all levels (must be confident with inversions and basic combos - level options will be given)

Beanie The Jet - All Eyes On Me

In this Filthy Friday inspired, pole choreo workshop, you’ll learn what it is to truly have All Eyes on YOU! You’ll work with Beanie to learn some confidence boosting, slinky, Boujee-style pole movement. Together we’ll work on a variety of combos, spins and musicality. You’ll learn to tease, twerk and flirt your way around the pole as you command attention and embrace your sexual magic. 
What to wear
– Kneepads

Vanessa Bagge - Pegasus Perfection

In this workshop you will learn the gorgeous pegasus and many variations and entrances. Combining stretches that target the body in specific ways to make the trick comfortable. Learn how to make it look effortless, with different shape variations and level options.

Heavy Metal Pole Workshop Description: A sexy pole choreo workshop for those of you who never got over the golden days of heavy metal, featuring: hair flicks, head bangs, split drops, booty shakes and power moves. If you like your pole with a side of cardio, and if you want to challenge yourself with a badass choreo, this workshop is for you. Taught by your resident metalhead Hades - Carolina behind the Blogger On Pole blog - this workshop will help you leave with a 1-minute choreo in the bag, having completed an intense workout that leaves you feeling fierce. Wear: heels, kneepads and your fave headbanger outfit. Level: Beginner / Intermediate.

Renowned for her low pole tricks and transitions, this workshop focuses on the lower section of the pole. Working on interesting floorwork combos, also looking at innovative ways to enter and exit the pole. Lots of level options are given but it is recommended to be confident with inverts, forearm stands and leg hangs. 

Cyd Sailor - Easy and Pretty

The hardest moves to master are not always the most impressive and/or pretty to look at!
In this workshop, we will learn some spinny moves and combinations that look great, but are easy to learn and require very little effort
If you want to learn how to make your pole dancing more flowy and beautiful, this class is for you!

Vania Noble- Literally Dance your Heart Out!

You will be taught a lyrical pole flow routine that blends low pole flow, floorwork and transitions.
In this Lyrical Pole Flow workshop you will learn how to use musicality to be able to dance seamlessly through fluid and graceful movement so that you can express emotion and intention.  Ideal for those that want to be able choreograph a pole dance routine that inspires and connects to audience either in a competition or performance.

Jakub Kolasa - How's Tricks? - SOLD OUT

11.30am - 12.45pm 

This workshop is constantly updated with new tricks and combos, both aerial and on the floor. A varied selection of spins, climbs, positions, drops, signature moves and variations will be taught in accordance with the ability level of the group. This workshop will be taught as Intermediate/Advanced level. Heels not necessary (would you believe it?!).

Intermediate students should be able to confidently climb, invert into basic positions such leg hangs and be comfortable with spins. Advanced students should be as Intermediates with the ability to shoulder mount, brass monkey, handspring and reverse grab.
