All Floor Workshops are £35 and must be booked in advance. 

Cyd Sailor - Floor Tease

Floorwork and strip tease? Cyd will show you how it’s done, the burlesque way! In this class you will learn a pin-up floorwork routine, and some playful clothing removal techniques The most daring of you will even learn how to twirl pasties!

Toxic Cherry - Money Moves

In the words of the iconic Cardi B (and she can never be wrong)…..I don’t dance now, I make Money Moves. If you want to own the floor then this workshop is DEFINITELY for you. Cherry will teach you some of her slick floorplay and smooth low flow that has helped her win several Classique pole titles. This is pure, authentic floorwork, and is sure to have you capturing the attention of anyone who looks on. However, these hot AF moves are no good on their own – in this workshop you will also be taught a mini routine to put your scorching new skills to work! ***Suitable for all levels. Heels are strongly recommended; knee pads are useful for certain move sequences***

Combining traditional Jamaican dance style with Beanie’s signature FilthyFlow, the aim of this workshop is to celebrate you and all your Filthy baddassery! In this choreo we’ll learn a sensational combination of twerk, whine and booty clap hotness!

This workshop will focus on both front and box splits. Working on nerve glides, enhancing mobility, safe and effective stretches and improving range of motion and strength to make massive progress in your splits and keep your body happy. Ending with beautiful splits and bendy poses.

awesomness! In the first part of this workshop you learn acrobatic sexy floor moves to improve your skills. In the second part you will learn a small choreo with inspiration of Strip Plastique to connect moves to music and feel like a dancer.

 

Level: All Levels (some floorwork experience recommended)

Let go of the rules & be free, join us at The Dope Show. Learn how to commit to sexy choreography with body rolls, wavy legs, badass eye contact, confidence & fluidity, this is a Classique stripper style workshop, with a massive fucking nod to the performance style you would see in a club. Beginners are welcome to join in with this workshop, the focus is fluidity, face, engagement, finding body confidence and swagger. You will learn a short, sexy routine, not big tricks! The choreo will be layered to suit all levels, but we will learn it slowly first, and build it up to speed once we get the hang of it.

In this floor workshop we will learn how to give face, feel the music, and harness our sensual energy to create a memorable and enticing performance on stage. I will teach you choreography, tips and techniques to help you turn into the tastiest snack on the dancefloor and leave the audience wanting more.  Expect hypnotic leg movements, eye-contact, the use of touch, and a healthy dose of ass-shaking. Heels recommended but not necessary, kneepads recommended. Suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to be the most badass version of themselves on stage."
